We are elated to feature our newest Limitless Lady - Ms. Ashley Scott! If you struggle with showing up for yourself & being your own best cheerleader, then these insightful words from Ashley are for you. It is time to take control of our own mental health in 2019. Find out how in Ashley's interview below!

1. What does it mean to you to live a "limitless life"?

To live a “limitless life” means to live care free. Free of worry, self doubt, haters, your past. Limitless means without end, limit or boundary. I live for the barriers to break. I live to shatter glass ceilings. Living limitless truly means living for you & not listening to other people tell you how far you can go.

2. You are a bold advocate for your better mental health. Why is it critical for Limitless Ladies to pay attention to their mental health?

I’m a strong advocate for better mental health, & it’s critical for the Limitless Ladies to pay close attention because it’s so easy to get caught in the fast pace of life, you forget about you. You forget about asking yourself “how are you doing?” You forgot to tell yourself “I love you”. We have to understand that even the busiest people need to acknowledge their mental health & take a break to do a little self care.

3. What advice would you offer to other Limitless Ladies when it comes to discovering their purpose & passion?

My advice: get busy living. Start creating a life YOU enjoy. You will never be truly satisfied if you’re not doing something you enjoy. You are your biggest support, please remember that. Encourage yourself, uplift yourself. Find your joy & run with it.

4. Finally, what goal or vision have you set for yourself in 2019? What are you doing nWhat are you doing now to prepare to make this goal or vision a reality?

My goal/vision for 2019, is to be a better version of myself. Be more confident in my walk with God & be louder with my voice. Stand tall & resilient. I want to take my writing & art more seriously. I’m starting to blog more & create more content for my social media pages. I’m a light, & I need to stop tripping & show it already! I’m in the middle of writing my first book & creating a website for people to see my writing & daily affirmations
